Dungeon Battle Karaoke Code of conduct
In order to maintain a safe and inclusive environment, people participating in Dungeon Battle Karaoke are required to abide by this Code of Conduct. These policies are subject to change at the discretion of the hosts. Anyone found to be in violation of the Code of Conduct may be removed from the event.
Everyone participating in Dungeon Battle Karaoke events - including, but not limited to attendees, players, volunteers and staff (“Participants”) - is required to agree to the following Code of Conduct.
The producers of Dungeon Battle Karaoke are dedicated to providing an inclusive and harassment-free experience for everyone. Participants must be considerate of others and behave in a respectful manner. Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from Dungeon Battle Karaoke events at the discretion of the event staff.
Dungeon Battle Karaoke staff reserve the right to determine if participant behavior is unacceptable, including but not limited to the following list. Unacceptable behavior includes sexism, racism, discrimination, disruptive behavior, offensive comments, unwanted physical contact, and harassment of any kind.
If you experience or notice any unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the Dungeon Battle Karaoke staff immediately. Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If Dungeon Battle Karaoke staff determine, either by observation or complaint, that a Participant has violated this Code of Conduct, they may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expelling the offender from the event without a refund, or temporarily or permanently suspending the offender from future events. All determinations of unacceptable behavior are in Dungeon Battle Karaoke staff’s sole discretion and their decisions are final.
Dungeon Battle Karaoke is a property of the Institute for Experimental Folklore, LLC, and is produced by Sam Cole and Amarette Gregor.
